As per this scheme, government is spending more than 50000 cr in five year of spam. The slogan of this scheme is “Enhance Crop Per Drop” and working on this project is started after the launching of the project. Through this work government wants to provide the irrigation across the India and give equal opportunity to all Indian Farmers.

After approval of cabinet and PM, who has been begun in many state and in the first phase government has connect small and medium river so that water will flow to all river and cannel.
